Welcome to Kent Furniture Removal. By booking a collection or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made online or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise. Prices are displayed clearly during the booking process and there are no hidden charges.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the collection may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Access & Collections

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the items being collected. If our team cannot access the property or the items due to restrictions outside our control, we may need to rearrange the collection and additional charges may apply. Our staff are not permitted to dismantle large items unless this has been agreed in advance.

4. Items We Collect

We collect most types of household and office furniture. We do not collect hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, paints, oils, gas bottles, or medical waste. If unsuitable items are presented for collection, our team reserves the right to refuse removal.

5. Disposal & Recycling

All items collected are disposed of responsibly through licensed facilities. We aim to recycle wherever possible and minimise the use of landfill. Once collected, items cannot be returned.

6. Liability

While we take great care during collections, we cannot accept liability for accidental damage to property unless caused by proven negligence. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items to be collected are clearly identified and ready for removal.

7. Service Area

Our services currently cover Kent and selected surrounding areas. Bookings made outside of our service area may be cancelled or rescheduled.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
